Today at 1 PM, we will be at MDW for anyone who needs to pick up herbal medicine or self-care supplies. Some of you have also expressed wanting a Thera-band for your home workouts & sessions with us online-those are also available for purchase.
If you wish to come by today between 1-1:30 PM, please email us with what you need. It will be packed and ready with your name on it sitting in the 1st vestibule of the parking lot entrance.
If you aren't able to come by today, we can arrange a different pick up time or a delivery to your home.
