Sacred Mantras

Chanting is a form of prayer and a practice of devotion to the sacred

Chanting:Kirtan.JPG

Chanting calms the mind and opens the heart. Repetition of the names of the Sacred is a form of meditation and is a practice of devotion found in all spiritual traditions. As a form of meditation, it leads us back toward the greater Self, the Divinity within. Chanting can help us to let go into Presence, relaxing into the deep well of inner silence, and return to the resonant Sacred Source deep within the heart.
