Cary's Simple Veggie Dish with Ginger

As a follow up to the 2nd recommendation in my previous post on the Corona Virus-Tips for Self-Care and redirecting fear, this is a very simple, easy to make vegetable recipe.

If you have the luxury to cook at lunch time, this makes a delicious fullfilling meal that will keep you grounded all day. Otherwise, make it for dinner and feed the whole family something healthy and nutritious. If we eat clean food our minds will function in a more positive and pure light. This will benefit all of life!


Shown in the 1st picture below are 4 simple organic ingredients:


Bok Choy Carrots Fennel Fresh Ginger Root~Wash, peel & cut your veggies

~In your cooking pot, add 1 TB of fresh pro-biotic Ghee

~Add a 4 finger pinch of ground Turmeric

~1/4 tsp ground cumin

~1/4 tsp ground coriander

~1 TB chopped & peeled fresh ginger root

~Lighty simmer & stir the spices in the ghee until the delicious aroma begins to fill the air (don't let them burn!)

~Add your vegetables to the ghee & spices, stir until well coated.

~Add water or vegetable broth (night-shade free please) until veggies are covered.

~Cover your pot & lightly simmer until soft (only takes 15 minutes!)

~Serve warm with a little added fresh ground pepper, himalayan salt, and a spoonful of ghee if you'd like.


I'm just highlighting VERY SIMPLE Vegetable Dishes right now to make these recommendations direct and easy for you to make. You can try something new and start to align yourself with a more clean and life-giving way to eat.
