Respiratory & Immune Support Using An Essential Oil Diffuser

We are diffusing essential oils each day at our house~you can included a few drops of any of these oils or a combination of a few:

Basil/Tulsi, Clove, Rosemary, Camphor, Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Frankincense, Oregano, Thyme, Bergamot, Nutmeg, Cypress, Cinnamon & Tea tree.

They can ease symptoms of a cough or cold by soothing the throat, fighting bacteria, give resistance to viruses, nourishing the bronchials, and reducing inflammation. If you don't have a diffuser, boil a small pot of water on the stove then turn off the flame and add a few drops of essential oil. Steaming them this way or using a candle warming essential oil burner is acceptable especially when you don't have the option or money to purchase water or a diffuser that delivers them directly into the air.

You can periodically stop and inhale some of the mist, taking several deep breaths. You will also get the wonderful benefit of the aroma therapy to uplift your spirit!

Many of these oils are available locally at Open Harvest, Whole Foods, and probably at other natural groceries as well. Like all things, be sure they are a good quality oil, or they can have a toxic effect too. Look for pure grade essential oils.

Love,

Cary 🌿
